Diane Rice began her journalism career in newspapers in 2001 after studying graphic design and photography at Long Island University, and has worked on the design staffs at Newsweek, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, Washingtonian, Spa, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Parenting, Caribbean Travel + Life, and Florida Travel + Life magazines. In her current role as Picture Editor at McKinsey & Co she is responsible for the production, direction and editing of visuals across the firm’s print and digital platforms. She has been a judge and portfolio reviewer for Photo Plus Expo, NYPA (New York Press Association), PDN, Rangefinder, American Photo, WPOW (Woman Photojournalists of Washington) and the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC.
